The QARC consortium is comprised of 18 partners out of which 5 are academic institutions (2 general universities: MUNI, RUN and 3 technical universities: BUT, KAI, NTNU), 6 private companies (CYB, REDHAT Cz + Fr + Fi, TET, LEGIC), 1 research centre (IKL) and 6 governmental cybersecurity authorities. Some of these partners have a longstanding partnership and create the backbone of the consortium, namely BUT, CYB, RIA, NUKIB and REDHAT, that form the Czech-Estonian Cybersecurity Excellence Hub (CHESS #101087529). The partnersโ expertise complement each other and cover the entire value chain in the process of a PQC transition. The consortium is spanning across Europe with a slight priority on smaller to medium countries, which need more support in PQC transition than large countries equipped with large national cybersecurity agencies.
